We have multiple haunted locations that are available for nightly rentals/investigations.

Whenever there is a last minute cancellation, reschedule or opening,
we will reach out to those who are on this special list.
 A significant discount will then be offered for the SPONTANEOUS, last minute booking.

Here's how it works:
We will contact members who have agreed to be part of our "Last Minute List."
Whenever there's a sudden availability, we will go down the list in order, starting from the top.
 If we get to your name and you accept a last minute booking,
not only do you get a deep discount, but your name moves up the list!
This means that you'll be among the first we reach out to for future discounted openings.

You will be notified about weekday and weekend openings!

The more last-minute bookings you accept, the higher your priority on the list!
This ensures that you're the first to know about these exclusive opportunities!

After we attempt to contact you about a last minute deal, you will have a small window of time in which you can respond yes or no. If we don't hear back from you, we will then make an attempt to reach the next person on the list. If some time has passed, you can still reply to us letting us know that you're interested and we will then consider you next in line; if the most recent person that we contacted declines or fails to respond.
